Hi Audacity Programmers and Users;
I retired over 15 years ago but I love keeping busy and learning new things. I am creating recordings for GaRRS (Georgia Radio Reading Service) for the visually impaired. Thus the reason I am using Audacity (or Audacity is using me).
So far I have encountered a few challenges. One is consistency in my recordings. I listen to tons of books and what I noticed is that the reader’s voice is consistent in tone and modulation.
The second thing is echo recordings. Not reverberation, but sounding as if I recorded with the mic in the next room. Kind of a tinny sound.

I am sure I will have other problems as I plod along. But those are my current head scratchers.
