Z sounding sibilance

Occasionally when recording voice overs, I get a very sharp sibilance. With buzzing Z sound to it.
It does not come up in the wave form as the traditional thick, sibilance sections.

Spectrogram view is better than waveform view for locating excessive sibilance.

[IMO all excessive sibilance can be fixed in post, Audacity’s desibilator plugin is worth a try].
