Trying to install LISP de-esser on Windows 10

1. I’m on Windows 10. I’ve downloaded the Lisp De-esser plug-in and put the Lisp.dll (32-bit) file from the VST2 folder in my Audacity plug-ins folder. It shows up in Add-Remove Plug-ins, but when I go to enable and click OK, I get "… failed to register …

The latest version of Audacity is available in 64-bit & 32-bit.
32-bit plugins can only run on the 32-bit version of Audacity.
[ IIRC Lisp De-esser is only available in 32-bit ].

T-de-esser-plus is a free alternative to LISP & is available in 32 & 64 bit versions.
