Perfectly possible. But explain that sometimes it’s not broken.
See where I’m going? There are no well-behaved failures that explain the symptoms. So that leaves badly behaved failures, or a broken machine.
I’ve been carefully dancing around another possibility. The symptoms may be impossible because the posting is bogus. See: Nobody else has a problem like this.
