Question on Deathwing effects

I am a very newbish audacity user. I have recorded podcasts and done some effects and a lot of editing with it.

However, I am having some problems figuring out exactly what effects are used on the following clip of Deathwing, the newest boss in WoW.

I believe it is using 3+ tracks, each with varying echo and verb, along with pitch alteration. However, I am not nailing it as close as I would like.

Could someone please give me a heads up as to what they think this could be as far as effects go and, if possible, if anyone has successfully done any voice effects similar to this?

after you lower the pitch try “BassBoost” (in Audacity “Effect” menu) 10dB @ 150Hz.
