Update: It’s in the amsynth package in Ubuntu 16.04 Ubuntu – Error
So I’ve installed that on Xubuntu 16.04, and found no problem with either the Ubuntu release of Audacity 2.1.2, or with the latest 2.2.0 beta build of Audacity. So where does that leave us? Is there a rogue version of amsynth-dssi somewhere?
Another user here that has had the same problem: audacity doesn't start! I need some help...
I’m hoping that someone can give more information about the specific version of amsynth-dssi that is producing this problem.
