I have fallen for it too. What do i do now? Do we know how to remove it with all its components (viruses)? Do we even know what for viruses get downloaded?
The youtube video I mentioned in the OP has been watched 15000 times and got 650 thumbs up. Comment section is full of people who downloaded at the wrong url. Maybe that could help?
Also @mgutt the police not finding the owner is a total joke. It is not allowed in Germany to hide your DNS record so they could trace the owner if this was recognized as a crime. Which it should.
