In fact, we have made various modifications on Audacity for use internally by our team, to fit out workflow. The changes are very specific for our needs, not all of them are of public interest. But some of them are published on github. Anyway, I thought that specific behaviour could be my misunderstanding of the Audacity CLI. But I am glad if this is a enhancement that can affect mainstream code.
