Hmm… how can audacity ask for “avformat-61.dll” &al? These are from later
versions of ffmpeg. How would it know about them? Is it possible that a plugin
or other add-on is somehow attached to them and brought this dependency with it?
If you want to try using a more recent ffmpeg which does have these dlls rather
than the audacity favored one (which is fairly old),

and you’ll be able to install a more recent version of ffmpeg. I can’t guarantee that
it will work for your application, but I’ve been using it for the past 3 months with no
issues.
