Error code 14 doesn’t tell you much - just that the database failed to open for some reason. Most likely it is corrupt.
Note that Audacity does not work well with networked drives. First, try moving the .aup3 file back to the local machine and try again. If that fails, try the recovery steps outlined in the first post here: Corrupt or Otherwise Broken Audacity Project Recovery
