To be clear, nobody here owns a UMC22. We’re working from the terrific reputation of Behringer and I like the little brother UM2. Let us know how it comes out.

There was one review which claimed ASIO and other fancy software was needed. That hasn’t been my experience. These things will plug into any PC or Mac, use the generic drivers and just work.

I heard back from Sweetwater. Yes, the UM2 comes with a USB cable in the box. I’d be shocked if the higher-end UMC22 didn’t have one as well.

If you get it from them, it also comes with JuJuBes, Sweetarts and Tootsie Rolls when they ship… in October.

I wonder if I can sell mine and retire on the proceeds.
