One last common mistake.
When you read a chapter, Export it as WAV, mistakes and all in addition to anything else you do. Don’t touch that any more except tp copy it if needed. That’s your backup if anything goes wrong in editing or production and the show crashes or fails to open. That makes it so you won’t have to read it again. It’s not the worst idea to push that off to a backup drive, thumb drive or whatever secondary storage you have. Then at the other end, after editing, correcting mistakes, patching fluffs, etc, and Mastering, Export your Edit Master WAV.
Only Then export the MP3 which you post on-line. You can’t open the MP3 and change it without causing sound damage, so your edit master is the WAV, not the MP3.
