A Way To Analyze Audio for DC Offset

Is there a way in Audacity to analyze the loaded audio for DC offset? If not this would be a welcomed addition. :slight_smile:

What sort of analysis? Do you just want to know if DC offset is present, or do you want to measure it? What’s the job? What are you trying to do?

You can get a good idea now by magnifying the timeline up and down and look for a majority of the sound to settle at zero. Natural sound had no DC.
