before the time it works well but now is just a crap. see the screenshot for details. (when clicking Play or starting at the terminal)

Are you using the default Ubuntu build? It's known to be buggy. I gave up on it and built Audacity 1.3.7 from the source code, and it works far better.
There is now a better solution. I've just updated Ubuntu to 9.04 and Audacity works great. In fact, I decided to be a bit ambitious and installed the real time kernel from Ubuntu Studio, and now it even works with Jack.
I would strongly recommend that you upgrade Audacity to a more recent version, though which route you take is a matter of your preference.
