Disabled plug-ins from 2.1.3

Help for Audacity on Windows.

Audacity 1.2.x and 1.3.x are obsolete and no longer supported. If you still have those versions, please upgrade at https://www.audacityteam.org/download/.

Disabled plug-ins from 2.1.3

In the screen-cap below, I've clicked the `Show: Disabled´ mode and see a bunch of 2.1.3 functions that I don't believe are on the HD anymore. Is that possible?
