havent ever had this problem, what have i done?

havent ever had this problem, what have i done?
running 2.1.2 thru an old windows 7 gate way. Audiobox usb. For some reason when I take a old backing track of my own and try to add lead or vocals, I get error on sound device or project sample rate, never had this problem, got any hints? rate set at 44100

solved, had to reload //audiobox usb driver. no need to reply.
