Need Help Recording System Sounds using Windows WASAPI

Help for Audacity on Windows.

Need Help Recording System Sounds using Windows WASAPI

I'm trying to record system sounds using Windows WASAPI but no matter what speaker device I use to record it keep popping up with this error "error opening sound device try changing the audio host recording device and the project sample rate" I've already tried a lot of tutorials to try and fix this issue but nothing seems to work please help :(

Maybe you can post some screen shots of your settings in windows and audacity. I usually find it is one check box somewhere causing the problem.
