I have a video snippet that is great but there is a lot of room noise. Is it possible to reduce this room noise without horribly distorting the vocal quality? It is a clip that I have from an acting class and I would like to post it but the volume level and the room noise are really terrible. I've ripped the audio from the video and tried the Noise Reduction tool but I'm not sure of the settings I should use. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Re: Removing Room Noise from a Video sound track
Probably not... Noise reduction works best when there is a small, constant, background noise. That's why on-location movie dialog is re-recorded in the studio.but there is a lot of room noise. Is it possible to reduce this room noise without horribly distorting the vocal quality?
In your case the best solution might be subtitles, assuming you don't want to re-record.
