Recording radiojar radio shows using Audacity

I would like to know how to use Audacity to record my radio shows using Radiojar. I'm hoping someone who has done this before to please let me know how to use this.

use Audacity to record my radio shows using Radiojar.
Say that again and use different words. You produce your own radio shows on Radiojar and you want to make a hard copy using Audacity?

You want to make Radiojar shows and use Audacity to do it?

If you already have shows, give us the address.
