Weird Crackle or pop sound when recording

Help for Audacity on Windows.

Weird Crackle or pop sound when recording

Howdy everyone. Im brand new to recording things and am working on doing some work for a show with a buddy of mine. Im getting this weird intermittent pop or crackle sound and was hoping you guys could help me identify it.
Im using a brand new Blue Snowball Ice

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a wav file of my recording. I thought you could hear my audacity file but someone just told me they couldnt. sorry to early bump

Sounds like the problem I had but not as bad as mine. Read http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic ... 46&t=89998 for ways to try fixing it.
