some plugins are not enabling in 2.1.2 rc audacity

Help for Audacity on Windows.

Audacity 1.2.x and 1.3.x are obsolete and no longer supported. If you still have those versions, please upgrade at https://www.audacityteam.org/download/.

some plugins are not enabling in 2.1.2 rc audacity

hi there, i don't get an error or anything. i've tryed to enable some plugins but they are still in new plugins by which isn't enabling. when i press ok and even enable them then press ok it's still disabled. like binaural beats with surf 2 and hard limiter. those are the 2 that are having this problem with audacity. gale would you please fix this?

Here is 2.1.2 release http://audacityteam.org/download/windows. Use that.

Try quitting Audacity, deleting the "Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\Audacity\pluginregistry.cfg" file, then restart Audacity and enable the plugins again.
