input source missing on mixer toolbar

Hi,

I'm using Audacity 1.2.6 (under Win XP) for a couple of years and now I'm facing the flwg problem :

recently, I noted that the mixer toolbar seems not to be completed : the "input source" control is missing !

Here is the image of the mixer toolbar :

What can I do in order to get this "input source" control available ?

Upgrade to Audacity 1.3 - that will be much easier than trying to fix a broken 1.2 (Audacity 1.3 is pretty stable now, and has many improvements over the old 1.2 version).
