DISTORTED RECORDING

Everything was going fine, recorded one track and went to record a second on top of it and everything was super distorted. Now when i open a new session i to record the same the same thing happens. Did i click something?

Since I'm not standing behind you watching you work, you need to tell us what kind of computer you have, which version of Audacity, and what you're trying to record.

Yah, I guess depending on what you are recording from, you could have hit a knob or button or something. Need more info though.

Thanks for looking at my post I turned off my fast track and turned it back on and everyrthing was fine.
