Strange losing of signal

Help for Audacity on Windows.

Yup indeed - the developers/QA have the same problem too - there are a few bugs listed for Audacity which are tagged as "moonphase" as they occur only with certain phases of the moon and alignments of the planets ;)

Their wretched unpredictability makes them tough nuts for the devs to crack 8-)
