Hi All,
I'm trying to record my first podcast. I have a Blue Yeti microphone and a mac. When I record, I get a very choppy/echoy sound almost like I have a stammer. There's also a weird metronome sound in the background. This is my first time using the program and I'm not sure what settings I need to change.

Are you going through a USB hub? USB sound equipment doesn't like that very much. Home runs to the computer only.
