No effects?
Just downloaded audacity, trying to separate vocals from tracks but I cannot invert it once I separate the two tracks due to effects not being useable...

If you are on Mac OS X, please check that you have installed Audacity correctly (see here: http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic ... 47&t=75660
For any other platform, please ensure that playback is Stopped (click the "Stop" button). Most functions are disabled during Play, Record and Pause.
