OK, I'll go with +.6 and you can round up <grin>. Before I could support this fully I would need to see a bit more of the design implementation – at least a photoshoped mockup.

In order for this to move forward (if thought appropriate) it is probably necessary to develop a Wiki Proposal ...

I do not propose to transfer this to Wiki > PFR

I've archived it as there is some discussion here about what should go in the Tools Menu (if we have one).
