Well, that's half the job, isn't it? The other half is Chain Capture. Start the recorder and it will record keystrokes until you press stop.......like it does in Photoshop File > Automate > Batch.
It's painful to watch while it's working, but the idea is you can go to the beach while it's doing it.
Open Next Graphic,
Apply Brightness,
Crop,
Apply Gamma,
ReRes 1.2x,
Save New
loop; if last graphic, halt.
