save, delete save files, save under new name = error

if you save an Audacity project with a name, then delete the aup file and its data folder then save it again under a new name (had two windows open and saved the wrong one hence wrong name) it always errors out that it could not be saved because the disk is full or write protected. but if you try again it saves successfully. I tried this a few different times. same error, same successful save second try

note: if you try to play the file after second save, Audacity freezes, original filename is in folder, not new file name
