It could really be either way round, but I think that grouping it with the stereo track commands will be less likely to cause support requests for "Why is Swap Channels greyed out?" (when it is a mono track).Robert J. Moreover, it looks better because you'll have 3 items with "Channel(s)" at the end and 2 items with "Track" at the end.
