Recording a mix and using mic at the same time.
I need to prerecord a radio show for broadcast and I need to find out how to record with the mic between the tracks. All the tracks are on vinyl and recording a mix is not a problem but I can't get the mic to record at the same time. Any help would be greatly recieved. Cheers.

Audacity normally only takes a single stero pair inpu - so you would need to feed both signals into a simple mixing board and then on to Audacity.
Or just record the music first, then record your spoken parts in a new tack and Audacity can mix these for you.
