While it's probably a tossup, I think I would put this into the Warnings Preference panel. Otherwise, this looks really good.

The patch applied properly and work as advertised – testing on Windows 7 only.

That occurred to me too. It depends on whether you are looking to "stop the warnings about overwriting" or to "configure the export options". I decided to go with the latter because, like when overwriting an audio file, it's not a warning where you can say "don't show this again". The export preference allows you to select "always overwrite mode" rather than the user "cancelling the warning". Not a great distinction I know, but as you say it's a tossup for one or the other, and that is my butterfly.

Excellent. Thanks for testing.

I think the wording needs a bit of tweaking, but otherwise I'm happy with this solution.
