A Copy Of L.A.M.E.
how do you get the copy of L.A.M.E.? Will it cost you anything? The reason i'm asking is because I need to convert to mp3 wav ogg etc. Please let me no if you have a solution to this problem.

The same place you got Audacity.
You should get the lame that matches Audacity and not get it from some other supplier.
I believe both lame and FFMpeg are available as stand-alone programs. You don't have to use the ones associated with Audacity. If you elect to use the stand-alone versions, you need to be conversant in command-line. I don't think they have graphics.
