I try Edit/Select All/Effect/Click removal,,,,,goes thru the removal graph, but none of the clicks & pops are removed.
I am useing Windows Media Player.

I'm sure the instructions tell you to mess with the settings in the Click Removal tool control panel. The default sliders are only a guess and you have to tailor the tool to your recording. If you have a very noisy recording but the clicks are not prominent, the tool may not work right at all. Koz

The best tool I've found (following a steer from Koz) is Brain Davies' excellent ClickRepair http://www.clickrepair.net/
