Hello,
I'm trying to open three different files so that I can export and record them all together layered on top of each other, but every time I try to open up a new file in the currently open Audacity interface, it doesn't get added to it; instead, it just opens the new file in another copy of Audacity. How do I get it to where I can have three different files on the same interface so as to treat it as one single project for exporting instead of three different Audacity interfaces being open?
Thanks for all help
How do I open multiple files on the same Audacity interface?

Audacity 1.2.x is now obsolete. Please use the current Audacity 2.1.x version.
The final version of Audacity for Windows 98/ME is the legacy 2.0.0 version.

Re: How do I open multiple files on the same Audacity interf
Use "Import audio" instead of "open" (I think that it's in the "tracks" menu in 1.2.6 - in Audacity 1.3.x it's in the "File" menu)
