Hi everyone, i'm trying to record my playing acoustically (no mic), right through the mic of my PC, but there's quite a long "retard" between me and the jam track...anybody know what's the problem..?..maybe something to set up..?

Is this on a Windows PC?
Unless your sound card provides a way of directly monitoring the input, you will not be able to monitor the live input while recording without an annoying delay. In the absence of direct (hardware) monitoring it is necessary to record without hearing the live mic input through the headphones. Go into the Transport menu and turn off "Software Playthrough".
