iOS Version?

Any chance for an iOS Version of Audicity?
That would be awesome! :mrgreen:

It's more problematical than just getting Audacity for OS X into Apple Store. Currently Audacity doesn't support iOS at all:

If we ever had a mobile version of Audacity it might possibly not be completely free of charge and might not be under the open General Public Licence. This is all speculation as we are nowhere near making a plan yet for developing or funding a mobile version. The chances are that our first mobile version would be for Android.

However Desktop Audacity will always be free.
