how to seperate two tracks
I'm recording my vocals to fit its music. Done but wish to have the vocals without the music.

Re: how to seperate two tracks
You can record many tracks, each separate from the other by using the Overdubbing technique. For example, you record a bed or guide track and then sing, then guitar, then drums, etc. Each will appear on its own track and you can mix and match, apply effects and filters to each track until you're happy, and them mix down into a final song.
Once you mix down to the final song, please note that you can't split the instruments apart again. It's one-way. If you also save an Audacity Project, each instrument will continue on its own separate track. Note that Audacity Projects do not save UNDO.
