I cannot drag anything into audacity or move .. using mac osx 10.5.8. audacity 2.0.2 and it says audacity cannot be modified
so what do i do? why can i not install plugins? can't put code in, can't drag file. i tried this with another plug ina few weeks ago and it wasn't a big deal but i need this noise gate asap. I am doing book narration and its alot to try and single out all the little noises i make..i need the gate! help!!!

Please check that you have fully installed Audacity according to the instructions: http://audacityteam.org/download/mac
Although Audacity can run directly from the .dmg file, it will not be fully functional unless the Audacity folder is copied from the mounted .dmg to an appropriate location on your computer (normally "/Applications")
