I just downloaded Audacity 2.0.3 to a MacBook Pro with OS 10.8.2. When I launch the application I receive a dialog box with the message "Welcome to Unknown! Version 2.4.0. Would you like to authorize Uknown or run in trial Mode?" I select Authorize and then another dialog box appears with a Bias Authorization Manager error. Basically the error amounts to saying that it can't find this application, which is likely because it is not installed on my computer and Bias is out of business and I can't find and install it from the web. If I press Cancel when the initial dialog box appears then Audacity starts, but I don't want to do this every time and I also don't know whether there might be issues down the line with usage. Has anybody else experienced this problem and have a solution? Thanks in advance.
Steve

Re: Bias authorization manager
Remove Bias from your computer (or if your IT Manager or computer admin installed Bias ask them to remove it) then you won't see the message.
