real-time playback
real-time playback
Audacity is by far the most advanced music editing software I've ever loaded. Therein lies the problem. I've imported an MPEG4 audio file from my music. I would love to be able to play the soundtrack in real time so that I know where I want to cut. Audacity plays the file back at such a high ratio, I'd have to be a computer to tell it was anything more than a two second chipmunk soundbyte. lol The track is actually 4min, 31sec long. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Re: real-time playback
Actually it doesn't. Audacity doesn't support AAC (aka mp4 or m4a) files. You'll have to convert them to one of the formats listed here:RTeditor wrote:Audacity plays the file back at such a high ratio, I'd have to be a computer to tell it was anything more than a two second chipmunk soundbyte.
