Hi! I have some language tracks where a male voice says a word in one language, and a female repeats the word in another language. That's the only content and it goes on like that hour after hour.
Only, something must have gone wrong in the ripping process (not done by me) because the female voice is only about half the strength of the male voice.
Do you think it's possible to develop some kind of filter for fixing this?
The files are stereo, but they did not put the male and the female voices on different stereo tracks.
Hope my question makes sense and that somebody is willing to help with advice!
Increasing volume for female voice only?

Have a look at The Levelator.
Its sole purpose in life is to equalize different speaking voices.
