Need Help with Audacity
I have Audacity Version 1.2.6 and Windows 7 Home Prem.. I recorded a Cassett tape to Audacity and now I want to seperate the tracks to put on a cd. How to I go about doing this. I am new to this forum and I hope I put this in the right place... Thank for the help!!!
Re: Need Help with Audacity
Audacity 1.2.6 is no longer supported (and does not work well on Windows 7). Please upgrade to Audacity 2.0.2 which you can get here: http://audacityteam.org/download/

Re: Need Help with Audacity
Ok I DL'd the one for Win 7 and opened the folder where I recorded the music. I also added the Title and Song #'s to tags. But still as one CD with just one track for the whole CD. Am I doing something wrong...Thanks again for the replies...
Re: Need Help with Audacity
You need to split the recording into separate files before making the CD.bassucus wrote: But still as one CD with just one track for the whole CD. Am I doing something wrong...
