increasing/decreasing selection [résolu]

i cannot select by small incremment .
only betwenn number

je ne peux pas selection par petit incremment
mais seulement numero par numero

Remove the tick from "Snap To" in the Selection Toolbar (near the bottom of the main Audacity window.

yes i was expecting the selction bar with number
but in this version 2.0.1
i do not find the selection bare , at the bottom or anywhere else
a picture of my screen is in attachement .

mac 10.6.8
