Importing Tracks Into Audacity
When I rip tracks from a CD I do it as MP3 files. Am I doing it the wrong way for best quality. Should I import as WAV then convert to MP3 when exporting.

Re: Importing Tracks Into Audacity
Basically yes- MP3 is a "lossy" compressed format, whereas WAV is uncompressed. So do rip as WAV, import into Audacity and do any necessary editing, then export to MP3.
