Help with Audio Levels

Help for Audacity on Windows.

We are using clipping as a test device. Under no circumstances should you be clipping or in any way overloading the sound channel. That damage sounds terrible and it's permanent. Never make the red recording meters go all the way to the right or the blue waves all the way up and down.

The "Main" knob is the volume control for the Main Outs. Those are to be connected to an amplifer, powered speakers or something like that.

Fun fact about the AudioBox: Have you noticed that the Phones volume control goes up to eleven?
