Source File Corrupted?

So I'm back again in dire need of help, sorry. I had Audacity on my Windows 7 laptop, and it worked just fine. Recently I got on to use it and it was gone, I searched everywhere, but I couldn't find the file used to open Audacity, but all the other files for it were still there. It wasn't on the "Uninstall Programs" list, so I did the most stupid thing anyone could do...I deleted every Audacity related file I saw. With no trace of any Audacity files, and with the Nyquist plugins and Mp3 converter uninstalled, I tried to re-install Audacity. I got so far as to where it was beginning to install, and then I got this message:

C:/Program Files (x86)Audacity 1.3 Beta (Unicode)audacity.exe

An error occurerred while trying to copy a file:
The source file is corrupted.

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or
Abort to cancel installation.

Clicking Retry or Ignore only brought the message up again, so I was forced to Abort. I have a time limit here, and I really need to record a couple of tracks within a certain amount of time, so any help at all would be MUCH appreciated.

It should be C: not C:/
Try installing again and check that it is installing to a valid directory.

It may be worth downloading a fresh copy of the audacity installer. Here's a direct link: http://audacity.googlecode.com/files/au ... 1.3.14.exe

^ Sorry, that was a typo, it had the "".

That link did the same thing, but I went to the FAQ, which I thought I had already looked at, and downloaded it from another source. It worked just fine there, thank you so much!
