Labels and export multiple not working correctly [SOLVED]

I use to Audacity to transfer some old concert recordings - I record and then split into tracks - when I checked the labels using edit labels I notice that the start time and end time of each track is the same i.e start time 00 h 07 m 19 s end time 00 h 07 m 19 s - I useD 1.3.14 beta and after discovering the problem reverted back to 1.3.13 beta but the problem remains.

You do not have a problem. You are using point labels to mark the start of each song.
