Is there a way to add a couple of seconds of silence to the beginning and end of a song clip to have a small break? I'm making a ringtone from an iPhone App. Mine is a little over two seconds long and it needs a break between repeats.
Thank you

Put the cursor where you want a break and Generate > Silence. A panel will open explaining the options. You can mess with it there, or just accept them and cut the silence to suit you later in editing.

I'm creating a ringtone. I was able to add the silence to my file. I want to ultimately put it into my iTunes music library where I can customize it into a ringtone from an iPhone "Ringtone" app. So I need to save/export it . How do I do this?
