lame_enc.dll file

I a trying to export the aup files to an MP3 file for saving on my computer. The instructions for Audacity call for a sequence of steps that calls for "lame_enc.dll" file to be downloaded one time. I have downloaded the "Lame v3.98.3 for Audacity on Windows.exe"file but when the program calls for the enc file it can't be found-Any Help? I am using the windows xp operating system.

Have you double clicked on "Lame v3.98.3 for Audacity on Windows.exe" to run the installer?

If that does not help, please try the following instructions:

Make sure you download the specific copy of lame_enc.dll mentioned in step 1.
